Meet Lee

I love leadership and value connection. For me, personal leadership is not about changing who we are, it’s about knowing who we are. I love working with women who want to live a fulfilling and fun life but who struggle with exhausting negative self-talk that fuels feelings of not doing enough and not being enough. I've been there, I get it! I help you move out of autopilot mode so you can lead a life of purpose with confidence and energy.

My programs are designed specifically to tackle the unique obstacles that get in the way of women of leading the lives we desire. It's important to play and explore and I love creating experiences that provide you the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and create your new story of “I Am Enough”.

Oh, and I am a dog lover! My dogs inspire me be a better human every day. It's fair to say that I have learned more about personal leadership from my dogs than I did in all my years as a Fortune 50 executive. In fact, the co-creator of the Lead With Energy program is my beautiful boy Cass. He was with me every step of the way.

Lead With Energy

Do you struggle with being misunderstood? Do you feel invisible at times? Do you feel like life is running you versus you running your life? This unique six-week workshop will teach you proven techniques to harness the power of your energetic presence so you will be seen, heard and understood. By mastering the Lead With Energy techniques you will amp up your energy, confidence and clarity.

For you Dog Moms the program includes additional practices that can be done with your dog. Our pups make great partners for this transformative work because they love us unconditionally and they never judge us.

Lead Beautiful

When you see your reflection do you have a voice that points out your flaws? Do avoid seeing yourself in the mirror? Have you convinced yourself that beauty isn't important?

Beauty is a powerful force in the world. It is natural to want feel beautiful, to be beautiful, to be one with the force of beauty. I believe that when we look in the mirror and don’t see our beauty, we diminish our power. It is powerful to see our wrinkles and appreciate the laughs, tears and smiles that etched the lines into our skin. It is powerful to see our true selves and not look away from our reflection.

In this 90-Day intensive program you will explore what beauty means to you and dig into the stories you have created about your own beauty. We will learn how to do a mental makeover so you can reclaim your reflection, embrace your beauty and learn how beauty is your leadership superpower.
